Tai Chi for Rehabilitation

This gentle form of Tai Chi is designed to help people recover from surgeries or other injuries and relieve the tiredness and stress that is often the aftermath of these occurrences. Master Trainer Meghan Bryant will guide you through the movements that are designed to bring empowerment through self-management. Are you a caregiver of someone in rehabilitation? This is a great class for you to take with the patient as it will help the caregiver deal with the stresses that accompany this position as much as it will help the patient recover from the surgery/injury. Tai Chi is a rejuvenating exercise that will improve health and wellness and facilitate relaxation. The registration deadline is July 7th.
