Restorative Training Workout

What do Parkinsons, Multiple Sclerosis, Alzheimers, and Dementia have in common? They are debilitating ailments that center around the degeneration of the body. Even if you have not been diagnosed with one of these illnesses, as we age, our body finds it more and more difficult to do the things we once were able to do easily. Whether itís mental or physical issues, MargaretAnne will work with you to improve your motor skills, stability issues, and aid you in your ability to do simple multi-taskings to hold at bay the progression of your ailments. These classes are limited to four participants so that individual attention can be given. We will focus on the restorative training needed in order to proactively confront whatever degenerative issues you may be experiencing.
