Let instructor MargaretAnne invigorate you with uplifting yoga flows and poses and calm you with breathing and relaxation techniques. All levels of participants are welcome~from the person who has never taken a yoga class before to those already familiar with yoga. Bring a yoga mat and water bottle and join us for this class that allows you to focus on nothing but YOU. Drop-in rate of $9 is available if you cannot attend a full session.
