Honey Fermented Food

Let’s take the next step in fermentation now that your have successfully made sauerkraut. In this class we will start a honey fermentation with garlic and with cranberries. When you have the winter blues and are feeling down, nothing picks you up like some flavored honey. These garlic pieces are so sweet you can just eat them straight or add them into butter for an unbeatable taste. Please bring 2 half pint jars to fill with your fermented items. Sharon of Hobby Hill Farms will teach you this delicious process. The deadline to register is October 4th, but this new class is sure to fill up fast!
