Blueberries, blueberries, and even more blueberries! Small batch canning is the easiest way to preserve all those blueberries so you can enjoy them year round. Sharon Munyak of Hobby Hill Farm will teach this method of canning, allowing you endless options for summer fruits to be available even in the cold winter months. Please bring a couple glass canning jars with lids to class and be sure to wear closed-toe shoes.
