Jump-start your mornings with MargaretAnne and her Cardio Pump ‘n Core Workout. You don’t need to spend hours sweating on a treadmill and lifting weights at a gym to reap the benefits of exercise. MargaretAnne will layer cardio fat-burning moves, sculpting, core focused exercises, weights and resistance training to improve your muscle tone, strength, and flexibility. No two classes are the same! Everyone is welcome...first-timers wanting to start an exercise routine to the advanced fitness person wanting to add to their fitness program. MargaretAnne will make sure you sweat away those calories with a great workout. Join her for an hour of fitness fun and don’t forget to bring a yoga mat, water bottle and towel. If you can’t commit to a full session take as many classes as you’d like for the $8 drop in rate per class. There will be no class on May 28th, June 15th, June 18th, June 20th, June 22nd, June 25th, and July 4th. Four person minimum for entire session is required to offer these classes.
