Cardio Pump Workout

Jump-start your mornings with MargaretAnne and her Cardio Pump ‘n Core Workout. This class is for everyone as it’s a combination of all the latest cardio fat-burning moves - HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Tabata, RIPPED and Barre - just to name a few. We will layer cardio, sculpting exercises, weights and resistance training to improve your muscle tone, strength, and flexibility. Then we will conclude the workout by focusing on your core. No two classes are the same! You don’t need to spend hours sweating on a treadmill and lifting weights at the gym to reap the benefits of exercise. Everyone is welcome...first-timers wanting to start an exercise routine to the advanced fitness person wanting to add to their daily exercise routine. MargaretAnne will make sure you sweat away those calories with a great workout. Join her for an hour of fitness fun and don’t forget to bring a yoga mat, water bottle and towel. If you can’t commit to a full session take as many classes as you’d like for the $7 drop in rate per class. There will be no class on Monday, May 29th.
