Start your week with Sunday morning yoga. Yoga is a great way to tone, lengthen and strengthen your muscles. Not to mention improve balance, flexibility, increase mental alertness, and de-stress. This early Sunday morning class is just what you need to spend some quality time on YOU. Yoga Instructor MargaretAnne will invigorate you with uplifting yoga flows and poses, and calm you with breathing and relaxation techniques. Take the class to YOUR level: gentle to ease yourself into Monday or challenge yourself to kick-start your week. All yoga levels are welcome as Yoga is a ‘practice’ not a ‘perfect’ so everyone - young or old can participate. Bring a yoga mat and water bottle and spend Sunday morning focused on you! If you can’t commit to a whole session take as many classes as you’d like for the $9 drop in rate per class. There will be no class on May 27th, August 5th and August 12th.
