This class is for the student who needs to move gently into his/her yoga practice, for the person who only has a little time in the week to do yoga, and/or the person whose body is in need of improved balance, strength, and over-all flexibility. Come join Donya Bauer, E-RYT 500, in a friendly atmosphere where each student moves according to how they feel at any given moment. It is a great class for the beginning student or the person in recovery, and for the advanced students who know the importance of taking it slowly. Bring a yoga mat to class. There is a $8 per class payment option available for those who wish to check out the class (newcomers are always welcome!) and for those paying for less than 10 classes. Yoga For Well-Being meets each Thursday from 4:00 p.m. until 5:30 p.m. at the Henson Building. Why not give it a try?
