Soft Cheese & Yogurt

Instructor Sharon Munyak, owner of Hobby Hill Farm, is taking cheese making to the next level. This class is perfect for those who have previously taken the Mozzarella & Ricotta Cheese class! Working with cultures, you will learn how to make cream cheese, sour cream, and even buttermilk and yogurt. Soft cheeses need to be cultured for approximately 24 hours, and participants will be able to see the process from the start of the cheese making, midway through the procedure and then the finished cheese product. All of these tasty items are preservative-free. The registration deadline is March 8th, but this fun interactive class will fill up early!
