Artisan Bread Making

What is the first thing that makes a dinner out so great? It's the bread that you are munching on while trying to decide what to order! There is nothing like a crusty artisan bread to satisfy a craving and begin your fabulous meal! Let instructor Sharon Munyak, owner of the family owned and operated Hobby Hill Farm, show you how to make artisan breads using a pizza stone, dutch oven, and baking sheets. Each participant will receive our bread making vessel and two bread making kits of flour, salt, and yeast to make the best bread you have ever tasted. These fresh breads contain no preservatives or conditioners and this dough can be made in advance and will store up to 10 days. And, it literally takes under 10 minutes to prepare! Additional supply fee of $10 per participant is included in the registration fee. The deadline to register is May 16th, but you don't want to miss out on the chance to learn how to make this wonderful bread, so register early!
