Fermentation Sauerkraut & Kimchi

Do you love sauerkraut? Want to learn how to make delicious Kimchi? Let Hobby Hill Farm guide you through the beginning process of fermentation. Your taste buds will thank you! Each participant will receive a quart-sized jar, head of cabbage, salt & fermentation weight, and air lock system as part of their supply kit ($15 value included in the registration fee) provided by instructor Sharon Munyak. The deadline to register is May 3rd, but you should sign up early; this new class is sure to fill up fast!
