Join LCPRT’s Fat Assault Boot Camp Challenge and work to get lean for summer! Led by Fit Body Boot Camp instructors, the Fat Assault Boot Camp Challenge is a 6 week program where participants will receive personal training, weight and body fat testing, and nutritional coaching to reach their personal goals. This six week challenge meets three times per week (Monday and Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings) for a total body transformation routine. Come and participate in group training workouts where you will get an energizing, exciting, and challenging workout that will keep you accountable and motivated for your desired summer success!
